RECRUITMENT PROCESS

denza subscribes to a precision recruitment code of practice, whereby we put forward only the most suitable qualified candidates, all of whom we have interviewed personally.

denza at all times adheres to the highest ethical and professional standards of conduct.

 

  • The process starts with the initial discussion, where we identify the unique characteristics of our client's business, corporate culture and specific staffing needs.

 

  • We then analyse the criteria and personality required for the specified position and discreetly contact appropriate candidates to ascertain their interest and availability.

 

  • Most candidates are already known to us through our policy of continuous search, selection and interviewing of high calibre professionals worldwide, as well as constant updating of our extensive database, which allows us to respond quickly and effectively.

 

 

 

  • We only send a CV shortlist of the most appropriate candidates, thus saving time and effort for the client. The CVs are accompanied by a consultant's cover letter describing the merits of each candidate and additional information as required.

 

  • We then discuss each candidate with the client and agree on which candidates will be interviewed, either at the client's address or we are happy to make our office available at ourMayfair premises.

 

  • We set up interviews between the selected candidates and client including timetabling and any travel arrangements.

 

  • We manage job offer negotiations between the client and chosen candidate up to and including completion of the contract.
